With more than 20 years of experience, Donna Chrobak is an incentive industry veteran. She spent 10 years managing the corporate incentive division of Spiegel Catalog, managing everything from sales and marketing, to operations and customer service. During this time she grew the business from $9MM to $20MM in annual revenue. In 2000, Donna joined Motivation Online, one of the industries first incentive technology companies. As their Director of Redemption Services, Donna helped the start-up company design and execute their online awards redemption platform.

In 2002 Donna moved to Atlanta and founded DCI Incentives, an incentive marketing and gift card fulfillment company, and after successfully growing DCI for nearly 10 years, Donna sold the company to QuintEvents and joined our team as the V.P. of QuintLoyalty. 

Donna holds a BS in Business Administration and an MS in Performance Improvement. She is currently on the Board of Directors of the Incentive Marketing Association and a Gold Level member of the Incentive Federation.

Brian Learst brings an extensive background in the incentive and travel industries to the management team and as a principal in QuintLoyalty. From his roles as SVP with MMS Incentives and SVP and CFO at WorldTravel Partners, Brian provides a strong set of skills in the development of loyalty and incentive programs.

Brian was the partner in charge of WorldTravel Meetings and Incentives, a $100 million incentive company. In addition to his sales and marketing experience, Brian is a CPA and was a Senior Manager with Arthur Andersen & Company where he specialized in the travel, real estate and financial industries.

This unique experience provides a strong acumen that enables him to help QuintLoyalty to build loyalty and incentive programs with a strong ROI.

As part of the management team and a principal in QuintLoyalty and QuintEvents, Ken Kurek helps to orchestrate the “big projects” such as the corporate sale of 7500 Super Bowl XXXIX packages for Jacksonville 39; an innovative venture owned by the NFL and Jacksonville Jaguars. Ken not only understands how to design and manage a great event, but he also understands how to help clients benefit from QuintLoyalty’s focus toward long-term strategic incentive programming.

Before joining QuintLoyalty and QuintEvents, Ken served in the U.S. Air Force where he was a Titan II ICBM Launch Officer. Afterward, he launched a successful career in corporate sales and management with Procter & Gamble and commercial real estate. However, Ken’s love for sports turned his focus to sports marketing in 1990 as Vice President of Sales for the FIFA World Cup USA 94 where he assisted in the sales of corporate packages for Ryder Cup 97. This was followed by the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games when he was hired as a consultant with World Travel Partners, the official travel sponsor. Subsequently, Ken has spearheaded the corporate sales efforts of the 1998 US Senior Open Golf Tournament at Riviera CC and the inaugural BCS National Championship Game at the Rose Bowl.

Having been a leader in the Corporate Events, hospitality and ticketing arena for over 20 years, John Langbein brings a wealth of experience and key relationships to QuintEvents and QuintLoyalty. John’s experience spans the globe and Fortune 500 in supporting event offerings that include the Olympics, World Cup Soccer, US Open Tennis, US Open Golf, The Masters®, Wimbledon, Daytona 500, and more.

John earned a B.S.B.A from Arizona State University. He serves on the advisory boards of various companies in which he has partial ownership, including Hot Stix Golf and Music.com. John is actively involved in the Phoenix, Arizona community and his current non-profit board memberships include: The Harmon Killebrew Foundation, Celebrity Fight Night, Arizona Foundation for Blind Children and Tempe Sports Authority.

Dan brings 15 years of Fortune 500 executive sales and service experience. His experience is broad, from a former pro-golfer to an AVP Mortgage Wholesale and Correspondent Lender to the owner of a construction supply company, Dan has the unique ability to understand multiple industries’ goals and perspectives to provide multi-faceted solutions.

As a proven sales and service executive, Dan is focused and driven to provide his customers with result driven goals, solutions and first rate customer service.

Dan attended the University of North Florida and majored in Finance. He is an avid sports fan and a dedicated coach and board member to several area youth sports leagues.

JP Dasher

JP Dasher started with Quint as a Customer Support Representative in June of 2010, before moving into an Account Manager position later that year, and finally becoming the Technical Account Manager in 2012.  He spends most of his working hours providing LEAP platform support, managing upgrade and development projects, and programming applications that boost his team’s efficiency.  

JP graduated from Appalachian State University in 2009, after having spent a year abroad in Southeast Asia, with a BS in psychology focused on social sciences.  He was born and raised in Charlotte, NC and spends his leisure time playing bass in a band, attending concerts, and traveling.

Leia Hubbard is an Account Manager here at QuintLoyalty.  She joined the QuintLoyalty team in January of 2011.  As an Account Manager, she is the primary client contact point for the development, implementation, execution and daily management of web based incentive and rewards solutions programs. She is also designated as an Incentive Professional (IP).  

Leia is a native of Asheville, NC.  She received her Bachelor of Science from Appalachian State University & now resides in Charlotte, NC with her husband & their dog Lucy.   In herspare time she enjoys restoring furniture & spending time with family & friends.

Shelly Graham

Shelly Graham is the Gift Card Program Manager at QuintLoyalty. Shelly joined the QuintLoyalty team in June of 2012. She maintains gift card client and vendor relationships, and ensures that all daily tasks are completed accurately with close attention to the details of every order. Shelly is originally from Chicago, IL and now resides in Georgia with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, spending time with family, and outdoor activities.

Ann joined the QuintLoyalty Headquarters team in August of 2011 in Charlotte, NC. As an Account Manager, she is the direct point of contact for clients. She manages web-based incentive and loyalty programs. She also handles daily client requests, program functions, and website enhancements . Ann enjoys assisting her clients to create effective, successful Loyalty programs that they can be proud of.

Ann is a native of La Crosse, WI. She studied Professional and Organizational Communication at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse where she received her BA in Communication Studies. In her spare time, she enjoys taking part in outdoor activities and spending time with her friends and family.

Paula started as full-time employee with QuintLoyalty on April 2013 as Customer Support Specialist.

Her main role in the company is to serve as primary customer support contact for all the rewards program participants. She also supports the account managers and sales department with various projects and tasks. Paula enjoys analyzing and resolving customer’s problems, questions and complaints to fulfill all their needs.

Paula is originally from Ecuador and has been living in Charlotte for12 years. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband Jeff and her little boy, 2 year old, Ryan. Her family loves taking part in outdoor activities!
